Dear Friends and Family,

We had a wonderful trip up to Lynchburg, VA. We were in Lynchburg April 2-15... Between the two
weekends we took a couple days and went to Washington, DC to visit both Tiff's sister and my sister
who live in Manassas. The purpose for the trip was to visit with churches, friends and partners to MSF,
and share briefly about the advancement of the work on the warehouse. We are thankful for all we
were able to meet with while “up north!” Tiff and I had planned to spend a few days on the way home
camping in Gatlinburg, TN for an early anniversary stay, but God had other plans. During our last
weekend in Lynchburg we met David Thomas through the family we were staying with. David was
homeless and in much need of some assistance and counseling, among other helps. After 4 days
and many phone calls we helped get him into a good men's shelter in Savannah, TN. On Thursday of
last week, Tiff and I drove him to his new home. He is doing very well. Special thanks to Living Word
Baptist Church in Lynchburg for their concern for David. Please remember David in your prayers as he
seeks God’s will for his life.

We have had a few hang-ups with the building- please continue to keep the project in your prayers.
Something happened with the paperwork with the company we ordered from, and it is being worked
out, but causing a later arrival date. A friend who drives a large tractor trailer was onsite and had some
concerns about the driveway layout... We have a few changes to make, but nothing major, praise the
Lord. Also, I was approached recently by a partnering ministry and was asked if I would like to go to
Western Arkansas this next weekend to go “shopping”... shopping for up to 3 tractor trailer loads of
supplies! Praise the Lord! I am so excited, we get to walk through a warehouse and pick out pallets of
various items we need! When we get these supplies back here, we will begin to inventory it, and as
the inventory list grows we will begin to send out emails to ministries and churches of the available
supplies they can choose from.

Please remember us in prayer as we prepare for Friday’s upcoming Bluegrass Concert Fundraiser;
please pray for the members of the band, and for those coming, that the Lord will bless and use the
concert to minister to those in attendance. The band is excited about playing in their hometown... For
those of you unfamiliar with New Road, their website is as follows:

Thank you again for all of your prayers for us; we would not be where we are at without the Lord’s
blessing and your continued prayers for us and this ministry. We were glad to see all of you while up
in Lynchburg; the time is always too short to visit with all we would like to, but we are thankful the Lord
allowed us to be able to meet with all we did. Praying this letter finds you all well, have a blessed day.

In Him,
Jim Fredrickson
