Dear Friends and Family,

Last week was a wonderful week- the weather has been absolutely wonderful
for all the work and workers. Tuesday the gravel arrived, and on Wednesday
the backhoe arrived to spread the gravel, just as we finished up with that,
the team from Des Moines arrived safely. They worked very hard on Thursday
taking up the old flooring and then took a small break to go fishing! Friday
they put down the new tile, and on Saturday they finished up the grout work
and cleaned up. Thank you for your prayers for their safety as they traveled
home on Sunday. What a blessing to have this work done for the cottage...

I have a very special prayer request to ask you to pray about. We have
decided to build ³barebones² as the starting phase- simply meaning we will
not be putting in offices or other work areas at first. There are things we
can do without initially. But, it is still going to be costly. We still need
about $35,000 to complete this first phase of the building project. I am
asking you to pray about giving to this to help alleviate the mortgage
payment.

We are simply moving forward in this by faith; we don¹t have the $11,000
that will be needed to be paid in just 5 weeks when the building is
delivered, nor do we have the $9,000 for the construction, or the other
$15,000 for the security system, lights, computer systems and inventory
programs- today. We are trusting God to provide it through donations, and if
the funds are not there at the time we need it, we will borrow it. If you
feel led to help with this initial stage of the building project, make all
checks payable to MSFI, and put a note in the envelope stating; ³Warehouse
Project²

Thank you all for your faithfulness, and for your continued prayers and
support for us and this ministry. God continues to show up in ways we never
expect, reminding us that He indeed is in control, and that He will continue
to take care of what is needed... In His timing! It is a blessing to know
that you all are praying for us and this ministry as we step forward in
faith to meet the vision He's placed in our hearts.

Serving with you,
Jim Fredrickson Jr.
